How can I make a return request?

- Fill in the required information and select bank transfer for the refund.
- Head to the nearest Aramex branch to hand over the shipment with the waybill.
How long will it take to refund the amount?
After receiving the product and ensuring all conditions for return mentioned above are met, you will be notified. If your request is approved, the amount will be deposited into your account within 7-20 business days.
